This year we will be welcoming David Sheen, CEO & President of Jon Davler Inc., as our keynote speaker.

​Jon Davler, Inc., a leading manufacturer of color cosmetics, skincare, and personal care products, has been led by Sheen for over 20 years. With a background in architecture from Cal Poly Pomona and more than a decade of experience at Farmers Insurance, where he earned multiple awards for leadership and performance, Sheen brings a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to the beauty industry. Under his leadership, the company has grown into an internationally recognized organization with U.S. and China-based operations. He is also actively involved in community and industry organizations, serving on multiple boards and supporting youth and educational initiatives.
