Since 2019, Jim has been a valuable member of the White Nelson Diehl Evans team. As a tax principal, he specializes in U.S. international tax consulting and compliance for both businesses and individuals. A professional in the accounting industry since 2003, he has extensive experience serving in tax departments for a number of public accounting firms, including a big four firm.
A persistent professional, Jim loves working in a team environment where the focus is on helping one another to succeed. He loves the challenge of figuring out complex tax rules and how they apply to his clients’ circumstances. He once helped the U.S. subsidiary of a German corporation save over $100,000 in withholding taxes and simultaneously identified over $150,000 in R&D credit refunds. Jim’s determination and ability to think outside the box are the keys to his career success. When he was in law school, Jim helped a local church stay in their building. This helped him see how he could make a difference for clients and the memory continues to motivate him to this day.
