With 20 years of experience in business valuation, private equity due diligence, and entrepreneurship, Jonathan & his team help clients to buy or sell businesses at Transworld Business Advisors. He began his career at KPMG, where he conducted the valuation of Facebook ahead of its historic IPO and the purchase price allocations of Facebook's acquisition of Instagram and WhatsApp. At Altman Solon, he performed due diligence for private equity clients assessing acquisition targets. His corporate leadership includes managing a $500M+ portfolio at McKesson (Fortune 10), where he spearheaded growth initiatives for national accounts like Costco and Walmart.
A serial innovator, Jonathan has co-founded startups across tech, manufacturing, and consumer sectors while building a multi-unit franchise portfolio (Code Ninjas/XP League). As a Venture Partner at GoingVC and 3x Capital, he advises emerging companies and shapes investment strategies. Jonathan holds a B.S. in Business Administration from UC Berkeley and contributes as an Advisory Board Member at UC Irvine, guiding future leaders in business and innovation.
