Mike Chou, Founder and Principal of The Chou Team, a partial Owner of Keller Williams Executive in South Pasadena, California, and an Expansion Partner of Keller Williams Premier Properties in Walnut. He launched his real estate career in December 2008 during one of the biggest recessions in U.S. history. In an industry where there is an 80% failure rate, Mike made a commitment to become the #1 agent in the nation to help others meet their real estate goals. Proudly closing 35 transactions and over $10+ million in sales in his first year, Mike has since become one of Southern California’s most successful real estate agents. Outside of work, you can catch Mike volunteering at Mercy For Animals, Asian Pacific Community Fund (APCF), and spending time with his family.
