BIO
My job involves providing consulting services for U.S. government R&D tax credits to businesses engaged in the development of new products, new technologies, improvement of existing products and technologies, as well as enhancing product functionality, upgrading technology, and improving efficiency. The company I work for is a specialized tax consulting firm with members including accountants, tax lawyers, tax professionals, project managers, and engineers. With nearly 20 years of experience, we focus on the field of R&D tax credits and have the confidence to assist clients in legally and effectively obtaining government tax incentives.
We maintain close collaboration with numerous accounting firms, assisting them in identifying client's R&D project-related expenditures, calculating tax credit amounts, and preparing annual reports for R&D Tax Credit.
In the early stages of my career, I served as an R&D engineer, responsible for developing new products and improving existing ones. With accumulated experience, I transitioned to a product manager role, overseeing the lifecycle planning of products and coordinating work across R&D, production, supply chain, and sales departments.
Subsequently, I served as the department head for both R&D and product management, integrating resources and collaboration capabilities of the two departments. Lastly, I also took charge of the sales department, streamlining cross-departmental work for planning, development, and sales to maximize efficiency. Currently, in my consulting role, I leverage past work experiences to deeply understand client situations, provide accurate information and advice, and assist clients in making sound judgments and decisions.
