Norman Ko is a co-founder of KF Professional Group, a certified public accounting firm, which is built around a network of financial and legal experts to provide unlimited resources and supports to his clients, as well as to deliver the finest professional services. He understands the needs of his clients and is able to deliver added values with his team of professionals that exceed expectation.
Norman serves clients in various sizes, from start-up to multi-million companies, and in various industries, such as apparel, manufacturing, imports/wholesales, entertainment, technology, service, real estate, and nonprofit organizations. He also assists SEC public held companies in preparing their quarter and annual financial reporting. He has extensive experience in audit and assurance, cash flow projection and analysis, due diligence, agreed-upon procedures, mergers and acquisitions, and business reorganization, as well as tax planning for business and individuals.
Norman received his bachelor of science with combined honors in computer science and mathematics, from York University, Toronto, Canada and later his master of business administration from University of San Francisco. He is a certified public accountant licensed in California, a member of California Society of Certified Public Accountants, and a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and other professional organizations. He is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and Taiwanese.
