BIO
Mr. Chang is a seasoned CPA with over 25 years of experience in public accounting and financial services. Prior to joining JTC, he was a Partner at two U.S. regional CPA firms, specializing in audit, tax planning and compliance for individuals, families, corporations, and international clients, with a strong focus on cross-border tax planning strategies.
He had led audits of U.S.-listed public companies, overseeing engagements under PCAOB standards, U.S. GAAP, and SEC regulations, including IPOs and other capital market transactions. His background also includes serving as Vice President of Enterprise Risk Assessment at Bank of America, where he focused on complex accounting and risk areas.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Chang worked at KPMG in Los Angeles and Deloitte in Taipei, gaining extensive experience in SEC reporting, SOX compliance, and multinational audits across various industries.

He holds a Master of Accounting degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from National Taipei University.
