BIO
Valerie Li is a real estate attorney and founder of Valerie Li Law, APC, a law firm that focuses on real estate litigation and transactions. As a licensed attorney and real estate broker, she advises property owners and landlords in their sales, acquisitions, and leasing of commercial and residential properties across Southern California. She also represents property owners, landlords, and tenants in litigating and resolving civil cases involving breach of contract, misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty, quiet title, and partition of properties co-owned by family members or business partners.
Valerie received a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh and a Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law. Prior to starting her firm, she worked as an attorney at law firms in San Francisco and Century City, where she handled a wide variety of residential and commercial real estate disputes and transactions.
Valerie Li is active in the professional community as a member of ProVisors's San Gabriel Valley Group, the West San Gabriel Valley Realtors Association, the Asian Business League of Southern California, the Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association, and the Beverly Hills Bar Association. She previously served on the Executive Committee of the California Lawyers Association Real Property Law Section, the Board of Directors of the Asian Pacific Women Lawyers Alliance, and as Co-Chair of the Civil Rights Committee for the Asian American Bar Association of the Greater Bay Area.
When she is not working, Valerie enjoys dining out with her husband and reading at cafes.
